$150 for 50 minute session – Individual

$165 for 50 minute session – Couples/Marriage

Insurance

In order to protect your personal privacy, I am not in network with insurance companies.  Services are billed the day of session in full.  If you would like to use your Out of Network benefits for treatment, I will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.  If you plan on using Out of Network benefits, please contact your insurance company directly.

I would recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider when you contact them about your eligibility of benefits:

1. Does my health insurance plan include behavioral health Out of Network benefits?
2. Do I have a deductible? What is my deductible and have I met it yet for Out of Network reimbursement?
3. Does my plan limit the number of sessions per calendar year?
4. Do I need written approval before I can start receiving services?.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
